Since these are downloadable digital items, our refund policy is tailored to ensure fairness for both our customers and our platform.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all purchases of paid guides (e.g., PDFs, cheat sheets, or study resources) are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been downloaded, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges.

However, if you experience technical issues with your purchase (e.g., file corruption, download failure), please contact us at wakoku.info@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in exceptional cases (e.g., accidental duplicate purchases). If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund after this period:

  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
